Mila
Decide what we're eating this week.
Mila plans your household's meals — food everyone will actually eat, a shopping list ready for the shop, and every recipe checked against the allergens you mark as severe.
That check is a precise ingredient-list match, not a safety guarantee — always read the label yourself. Free to start, and a plan is usually ready in under a minute.

What Mila checks — and what stays with you
The AI writes the recipes and puts the week together. The allergen check itself is separate: a deterministic, rule-based read of each recipe's ingredient list, not a judgement made by the same AI.
What Mila checks
- Every recipe's recorded ingredients, against each allergen you mark severe.
- Flags any recipe that names one, and only marks a recipe “checked” once it has.
- Re-checks automatically whenever a recipe's ingredients are edited.
What stays with you
- Reading the actual product label at the shop.
- Cross-contamination in a shared kitchen or factory — Mila can't see how a dish was prepared.
- “May contain” trace warnings or manufacturing changes on packaging.
Allergens or foods you mark as a preference steer what Mila plans, but aren't safety-checked the same way. Mila is a planning aid, not medical advice.
What it costs
- Free forever: planning, shopping, cooking, and every allergen check.
- Mila Pro unlocks new AI-written plans, swaps, and recipe imports: £4.99/month or £39.99/year, VAT included.
- Your first subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged; it renews automatically after that until you cancel.
- Even on Pro, AI use has a fair-use ceiling — up to 5 new plans, 15 swaps and 10 recipe imports in a rolling 24 hours. Mila tells you if you reach it; it's never unlimited.
